B'nai Israel is a 136-year-old synagogue and the longest continually operated modern orthodox synagogue in Maryland. Located next to the Jewish Museum and only minutes from the Inner Harbor, weekly services and prayer times are held Friday evenings, Saturday mornings and afternoons, and Sunday mornings. A synagogue constructs a sukkah onsite during Sukkot, a junior congregation is held during during high holidays, and Chanukah parties and Purium masquerade parties are held for kids each year.

Beit Tikvah is a reconstructionist Jewish congregation located in Roland Park. Services are held on Friday nights, Saturday mornings, and on Jewish holidays. Their Kesher Sunday school, which enrolls students from first grade through B'nai Mitzvah, meets on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Waldorf School of Baltimore.

Shabbat services begin Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., followed by congregational Kiddush luncheons. The Junior Congregation Service, referred to as Young Leaders Shabbat, is offered to second through fifth grade children to gain comfort in prayer service and showcase their skills and knowledge. Day School and Religious School children are invited to lead prayers, read Torah, share readings, and share visual and dramatic art. Tot Shabbat for children 25 years old is a one-hour monthly service that incorporates interactive activities, arts and crafts, and Torah stories.

Bolton Street Synagogue offers religious school classes on Sunday morning for students in the first grade in the Alef class to B'nai Mitzvah in the Zayin class. Gan Alef for 4- and 5-year-olds meet several times through the year, including religious school for special occasions. Each class participates in one Friday night service each year. Class participation is in conjunction with the Friday family services.

Kol Haleve holds services on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Shabbat morning children's services for children ages 5 and younger are held the fourth Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. Friday night Shabbat dinner and programs for parents and children of all ages are held the second Friday of the month at 6 p.m. Check the calendar section of the website for details.
