Farmers' Markets

Downtown | Greater Baltimore

Baltimore has a great selection of farmers’ markets located around and within our neighborhoods. With everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to organic meats and fresh-cut flowers, buying from a local farmers’ market is an excellent way to practice a healthy lifestyle while supporting the local agricultural community and economy. Many farmers use environmentally sustainable practices by using fewer pesticides and by not using antibiotics or growth hormones. Local farmers also raise animals outside on pasture and guarantee supply of fresh produce all season long. For a complete list of locations, visit the Maryland Department of Agriculture
