The church also offers Kid's Konnection, a Tuesday night program for children ages 11 and under that includes bible learning, games, and Christian-oriented activities and worship. Holy Trinity offers Sunday school for children during the school year (September to June). Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Parish is a welcoming Catholic church, located on E. Baltimore Street at Lakewood, just north of Patterson Park. Saturday mass is at 4 p.m., Sunday mass is at 10 a.m., and the Sacrament of Reconciliation is available on Saturdays at 3 p.m. and Sundays at 9 a.m. or by appointment. A playroom for children during mass and Sunday school is in the works. In addition to the two masses, the church has an active food pantry, which provides food to local families, and monthly discussion and reading groups that provide adults a chance to explore Catholic identity topics and faith. All are welcome to get involved with this growing and energetic faith community.

Saint Sebastian is a growing church in the Fell’s Point neighborhood. The church does not belong to a denomination and worships in the Catholic tradition. Mass is celebrated on Sundays at 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

The church hosts an annual Halloween party, a church carnival in early June, and a special Christmas Eve mass for children at 4:00 p.m. Saint Brigid also offers a vacation bible school for children during the summer.

St. Casimir is located in the heart of Canton. Sunday masses begin at 8 a.m., 10 a.m., and 5 p.m. Children’s Liturgy of the Word is on the first and third Sundays of the months at the 10 a.m. mass. Nursery services are available during the adult service. The church also hosts several family-oriented activities throughout the year that include annual summer and Christmas bazaars and a Thanksgiving dinner. The church offers a religious education program for children and they operate St. Casimir Catholic School for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. St. Casimir Catholic School was awarded the 2004 Maryland Green School Award.

United Evangelical runs worship services at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Child care for children ages 7 and under is available at the second service, and Sunday school for children and youth begins at 9:15 a.m. Children are grouped into the following age categories: 0–5 (kindergarten), 6–11 (multiage), and 12 and up (youth). The youth group (ages 12–17) also meets twice a month during the school year may participate in a summer work trip, like working on out-of-state housing projects.

First and Franklin Street Presbyterian Church is located in Mount Vernon and offers a Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Children attend the initial part of the service with their parents and then are dismissed for Sunday school halfway through. A nursery is also available for babies.

The Second Presbyterian Church offers child care and Sunday school for infants and children ages 8 weeks through 5 years during their worship services. Infants and non-walking toddlers are placed separately from walking toddlers and preschool-age children. Pagers are provided in order for staff to reach parents during the services should it become necessary.
