"Founding Family" and "Founding Partner" are permanent designations, recognizing those individuals, families, businesses, foundations, corporations, and organizations that supported DBFA during our crucial start-up phase in 2008 by contributing $500 or more to our efforts. These supporters celebrated the inaugural year of DBFA at the exclusive Founding Families and Partners Event held at the Maryland Science Center on May 28, 2009.
Founding Families and Partners will also receive perpetual recognition on a plaque in DBFA's eventual offices.
